Councillor Richard Harris – Vice-Chairman

Rick rejoins the Twigworth Parish Council as a former member and Chairman; he has extensive local government experience and is familiar with local issues, especially on flooding, sewage and planning; Rick is also a member of the Longford Parish Council.
