Travel Event – Saturday 30th September 10am-Midday
Discover lots of useful travel maps and guides for the local area and tips on travel options. We will be joined by a bike mechanic providing free bike checks and will be able to fix any simple faults on the day free of charge. Please see the flyer attached for more information and we look forward to seeing you.

Vacancy in Office of Councillor

It is with regret that we announce the resignation of Councillor George Sharpley from the Parish Council, we would like to thank Cllr Sharpley for all his years dedicated service to the council and community, his local knowledge and experience, particularly on flooding issues will be greatly missed, we wish George well for the future.

Twigworth Primary School

We have just received news from the local education authority who say “We are aiming to open the new Twigworth Green primary school circa 2026.
The housing developer at Twigworth Green has recently reached the trigger to hand over the school site to GCC and we will hopefully be able to start the detailed planning process for the school later this year.”
This is excellent news for Twigworth families.
