Just so that residents are aware… when a Defibrillator is used, the pads have to be replaced… these are not cheap at £168… BUT every life saved depends on them… every life is important and cost is not an issue!

Defibrillator pads, also known as AED pads or electrode pads, are adhesive pads that connect to an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and deliver an electrical shock to a patient’s heart.

The Parish Council funds the replacement of these pads, which is budgeted for and part of our Precept, which is collected from the Council Tax and paid ultimately by residents… however, if there are any companies who would like to sponsor pad replacements for our Defib and mitigate council tax, please contact us.
