I promised that I would keep residents updated regarding their concerns about the Twigworth Green development, so here is the latest update.
Vistry are now nearing completion of their house-building programme at Twigworth Green; however, there is still a significant amount of remedial work that needs to be carried out.
Despite forwarding residents’ concerns about the development, Vistry have, apart from replacing some of the dead trees, not addressed the many issues that we as residents have reported.
I have now updated our report (draft attached) and would politely ask all residents to review it and confirm that I have recorded your concerns correctly.
If there are any issues missing from the report, please let me know as soon as possible so that they can be included.
Time is now against us, and it is very important that we formally register our concerns. Once Vistry leave the site, we are unlikely to have another opportunity to do so.
As a resident, I have already registered my concerns with Tewkesbury Borough Council Planning Department.
I intend to share this document with Vistry in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your assistance and feedback.
